Article 4: Intellectual Property Rights
All content, including proprietary source code, algorithms, design, and data models, belongs to Linnet Rendholm. The User is not permitted to copy, distribute, or perform reverse engineering on the platform.
Article 5: Choice of Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed exclusively by Norwegian law. Disputes not resolved amicably shall be brought before the Oslo District Court as the exclusive jurisdiction.
